VFS Tracking website not working?

I submitted the OCI reissance application in person at the VFS location. Upon checking their website (vfsvisaonline.com) , it gives an error as follows - "An unexpected error occurred", even though the tracking number is correctly entered. Anyone faced such issue before?

Make sure your DOB is in the DD/MM/YYYY format (date month year). We subconsciously use mm/dd/yyyy and that causes the error.

Thanks. I was using the right date format of DD/MM/YYYY, but found out that the "/" is not automatically entered (as in many other websites) we have to enter that as well. .

Glad to hear! Yes, they really should do a better job with error messages. I got that error when I entered mm/dd/yyyy and thought the server went down. Good luck!
