regarding surrender certifates,14 week are over

our surredder certificates not received yet, more than 100 days are over, no reply, no phone- calls reply, no fexes reply. We want to go urgent to india.
Any clue for that, please someone help us.

You may talk to TRAVISA for suggestions -
There is an entry visa which i am told takes about 3 weeks minimum.
There might be an emergency visa which you will need to contact the consulate for (physically visit them for a better response/guidance).
ALternately, try to talk to some other consulate for details, and with all the paperwork ready, then go to Houston Consulate. - I am assuming you fall under the Houston consulate region.
