Correcting a mistake in renunciation form

While filling the VFS form for renunciation, i seem to have clicked "No" to the question on Married status. I have correctly marked my status as "Married" in the Government of India portal.
I noticed the error after making payment, generating the docs etc, when preparing the documents for shipment.

How do I fix the error on just the VFS form for renunciation?

(I do plan to call the (infamous paid) 1.800 # on Monday morning 0800 Eastern.)

For anyone in similar circumstances, I called them this morning. They said just submit the forms as is. Sent it in. Fingers crossed. Will update here as I make progress

hello, I am in similar situation and contemplating next steps. could you please share latest on your side? did the request go through? did you get accurate renunciation certificate?

Update : Sent it in. Processed in 3 weeks. Received the certificate yesterday. No additional questions or clarifications were sought.

Is certificate accurate in terms of martial status? it seems that they will send same document (a draft provided by VFS site) as final certificate.
