Hi,
As i am foreign spouse of Indian i should be applying for entry visa as per consulate.
But now i want to travel to India in 2nd week of jan2011 and we heard that its taking long time at Houston consulate for Entry visa.
In this scenario can we apply for tourist visa ? and also will the Processing time for Entry visa for Non-US citizen (i.e. myself) will take more than 3 weeks even in this tight schedule ?
Please help us.
