OCI for minor - Parents Legal Status

My wife and I are on H4 and H1B visa in USA. We are applying for our son OCI card as he is born in USA. In the documents to be uploaded, it asks for "
LEGAL STATUS OF PARENTS (IN CASE OF MINOR APPLICANTS)". In this, can we upload our approval notices (I-767) showing valid H1B and H4 visa status? The stamps on our visa in the passport are expired as our visas were re-newed recently.

We are applying for our son OCI. We live in US on H1B and H4 visa. In the OCI application, we uploaded approval notices of our visas in Legal Status of Parent but in the OCI checklist for sending the documents, there is no mention of them. So, do we need to send these approval notices copy in the hard copies?
