While applying for OCI, is spouse name change evidence needed in application?

Hi,
I and my wife both got US citizenship at same time. She had a name change during naturalization process. For India trip, we both got Indian visa.

Now, I am applying for OCI for myself. The documentation specifically doesn't say that I need to provide name change evidence for my wife. But should I?

Note required document, marriage certificate still shows old name of my wife.

Please advise.
