Changing Address in Passport

Good afternoon Sir,

I have P.R. Status here and I have Indian Passport renewed at your office some time last year. I would like to know that on that Pass Port of mine and my family members (wife & two children above 18 years of age).

Now we moved to Markham. Please advise me how to change the address on the Pass Port.
