Need help with Indian passport renewal from USA

Hello members,

I am a green card holder and my Indian passport is expiring in Jan 2024, preparing my renewal application. Had couple of questions if someone can help:

1. Can I apply for TATKAL service if I have below situation:
   1. Name in change because of marriage
   2. Address change of Indian address on passport
2. Proof for marriage requires Notarized or just copy of marriage certificate (I got married in the States)
3. Which address to provide as printable on passport and which to be mentioned in "Other Address"
   1. I face an issue where if I want to put an Indian address as "Other Addresses'", it would ask for Country which is a mandatory field but the drop down doesn't have "INDIA" as a choice.
4. I only have an Aadhaar card for India address proof, would that be sufficient? Also it has a maiden name (name before marriage) on it, will that be accepted?
