hi all,
I am trying to submit renunciation for my kids and have these couple of questions. It would be of great help if you can help me.
1) For sworn affidavit the form is asking for naturalization date for parents, but in my case only my spouse is naturalized, can I leave the other naturalization as blank
2) In the renunciation certificate - they are asking for the naturalization date, but my kid is not naturalized they have got only US passport so what date should I mention for naturalization date
3) For kids renunciation certification do parents also need to attest it or just the kid have to sign it
4) I believe where every they asking for Passport number, it should be Indian passport number unless they are asking for US passport number
Can you please help here, I am currently stuck on the application due to this/
