Which is needed PIO or OCI?

Hi,

I am little confused about travelling to India these days, please calrify .

My husband and myself both are naturalized citizen ( abut 15 years ago) of America

OCI or PIO what are we qualified for ?
Do we need to show our old Indian Passport for either of them ?


My kids are born here in USA ( 20 and 14 yrs)
What are they qualified for ?

You can qualify for either OCI or PIO, whatever you want. Read /compare-oci-card-with-pio-card/ to decide. Your kids can get either OCI or PIO.
