OCI application pending - CGI NewYork

I mailed my wife's and son's OCI application to CGI New York on November 9 and it was recieved by the Consulate on November 12. We recieved an email from Falguni Kanani from CGI New York on November 29 which said that the application is kept pending because the minor's application has to be signed by both parents. We faxed and emailed the documents the same day.

The applications have not been acknowledged as yet and also the cashiers check has not cleared the bank. Anyone else in a similar situation?. I have sent emails to CGI New York and have not heard from them.

Acknowledgment of OCI application

The applications for my wife and son have not been acknowledgement as yet. When did you mail your application and when did you send the reply to the query which was raised?.

Let me know if you have recieved the acknowledgement online after you have sent the response.

I was wondering if there is anyone else in this situation?. Has anyone received acknowledgement of the OCI applications after faxing and emailing the Part B forms?

You can write to [email protected] and address the email to Falguni Kanani. I have written to her numerous times to find the status of my son's and my wife's OCI application which have been recieved on November 12. There has been no response so far. Did you recieve a similar email and did you fax and email the Part B for your kids application to her?.
