OCI Miscellaneous Services - No record found for the information provided

I am trying to update my son's new passport information into the OCI website. I have tried all the following combinations

Passport Number: First passport on which OCI was issued. Also the same is recorded in the OCI booklet
OCI Number: I have tried both AXXXXXX as well as the File Number
Date of Birth: Date of Birth of son

However no matter what I do, it comes back with "No record found for the information provided"

Anyone else face this?

Sorry...Figured this out. Didnt realize that my son had a 2nd OCI card issued after he was 5. So what worked,

Passport Number: Passport on which OCI was issued/re-issued OR if you have already done a new passport update online previously then use that Passport Number
OCI Number: AXXXXXXXX
Date of Birth: Date of Birth of son
