I don't have a valid driver's licence and utility bills are in my spouse's name.
Can I provide bank statement, if so, any need to notarise it?

Or can I provide utility bill in my spouse's name and add a marriage certificate?

The document must be in your name. They are very strict, and the document must be one listed on list.

You can submit your spouse's ID for renunciation, but you are required to submit copy of marriage certificate as well. We did same last month, and got surrender certificate this week.

I can't believe someone living in the US and receiving citizenship doesn't have an ID!! Go to the DMV and get an ID (not a driving license). It costs very little and is very useful.

I have many questions to ask. How did you travel on a domestic airline? Do you have a credit card? Do you go out and shop? Were you ever asked for an ID when you used a credit card? Are you free to go out of the house? I would believe you don't have an ID if you were born in the US and live in a small town/village or an illegal immigrant.
