VFS Confusing Renunciation Certificate - Last Name First Name OR My bad

While filling the application for the renunciation, it seems to automatically generate/email the Renunciation Certification form; however my name is stated as [Last Name] [First Name] (Gupta Kiran) everywhere in the form....
"I Gupta Kiran am of full age capacity an bla bla bla..", Full Name: Gupta Kiran, "This is to certify that Mr./Mrs. Gupta Kiran has ...."

I would have thought it should have been [First Name][Last Name] (Kiran Gupta) .. Did i made mistake, I am just concerned if I entered the first name & last name is opposite field.. ? Or is it just setup like that ?...

VFS website is just not too clear/user friendly, not sure if I can open up the completed application to check/edit and it might mess up something...
I have not mailed my application yet, and If I messed it up I am hoping I can fix it up before sending the application..

Solved. Talk to a friend of mine who recently applied for renunciation certificate, and seems like it went through smooth, that's how the Renunciation certificate is getting generated. No worries.
