PIO or Visa to use

I applied PIO and was taking long time and it was almost my time to travel. My traveling date to India is 1st week of Jan. So I applied a 6 months visa and got in couple of days.
Surprisingly I got the PIO today. So now I am confused. Which one should I use when I travel. Is there any problem if I have both?

Can any body tell me the fees of PIO ?

It should not matter but I would suggest that you only show one of the two - go with the VISA.
