VFS application not generating renunciation certificate

Naturalized recently (RENUNCIATION WITH valid Indian PASSPORT category ) and applying for renunciation application for myself.
I filled the Government application online form and have the ARN #.As per VFS guidelines we need to fill the form and It says "renunciation certificate will be sent across over email for printout."

I did fill VFS application but it did not generate any Renunciation certificate ?

Anyone faced the issue like me ?
