OCI Travel restriction

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have British Passport and OCI. I would like to know is there any restriction on travelling for OCI holder like can’t travel again within 60 days?

I travelled to India on 23/11/2010 and I want to go back again on 21/01/2011, can I Travel?
