    HELP! OCI card after 50, same passport

    Received my oci at 49, now traveling to India after a year (50+ now). Same passport. Is the OCI still valid for travel

    You are good to travel.
    • OCI card is required to be re-issued once on acquiring a new passport after completing 50 years of age.
