Notarized affidavit for name change (middle name dropped) - VFS

Hi Everyone,

I applied for the renunciation of the Indian passport and VFS sent a query asking for the court order for name change or notarized affidavit for name change. However, my first name and last name are same in all of US passport, indian passport and naturalization certificate. The only change is, I have dropped my middle name from the US passport (because it's an optional field in US passport).


Can anyone please help if they ran into a similar issue and what did they end up doing? Thanks!
