I was wondering whether there is a different photo requirement for OCI card application and Indian citizenship surrender form?

Thank you so much for the reply. What is the difference between 2 X 2 photo and 51 X 51? Because these 2 sizes are mentioned in the OCI application. Indian citizenship surrender form specifies 51 X 51 in the photo column, and the instructions state not less than 51 X51. Is there any place that anybody can recommend to take these kind of photos?

I think it is same 2* 2 inches...don't think about it much.
