Confused about OCI and PIO

Hi,
I am an Indian Citizen. My wife and children are US citizens. Can you please let me know if they are eligible for a PIO or OCI card?

We are all living in India right now.

They are U.S. citizens. However, are they of Indian origin?

No OCI for kid as the kid does not have any parent who is non-Indian citizen of Indian origin.
