OCI colleting question - Chicago

my OCI is received yesterday by Chicago consulate. But not sure where to sent US passport, is it same address where I applied:

OCI cell, Consulate General of India, Chicago, 455 N. Cityfront Plaza Drive, NBC Tower Building, Suite # 850, Chicago, Illinois-60611 because its not mentioned in anywhere

because nothing mention at CGI website.

any help?
