How to check the OCI status?

Hello All

I filled Part A online on Dec 17th for me and any son. It gave me the registration number. Now, when I punch in my passport and registration number, it says "not acknowledged". It is asking for an acknowledgement number, but I never got one.

Could someone advice where I can find the acknowledgement number? If not, how can I check my status ?
