Clarification required/ECNR STAMP

Dear Sir,

Visa and documents given by UAE/Indian Cons in Dubai are being sent to
me in Mumbai - This requires ECNR stamp on the passport.

I would like to know if a copy of ticket for Dubai/Sharjah is required
to be submitted along with other documents to the following address:-

The above tel. no. does not exist now.

Kindly advise on above and also all the required documents for submission.
