125 days over, no cancelled passports & surrender certificates yet.they said we sent by fed ex.some times they they sent by certified mail.i checked every where , but no passports &surrender cerificates.i paid $20.00 for mailing fee.i can not understnd what to do?for surrender certificates 125 days, what about visa? Whom to compain> nobody listening.i am fed up.
