Hi Everyone,
We are in process of applying OCI for our family. While for adults we have filled up the form and is clear, but for our minor child we have questions. We as parents are naturalized US citizens where we have got our citizenship certificate and US passports. Whereas our child has gotten US citizenship when we filed for his passport along with ours as parents. He has not got any citizenship certificate as we did not filed for his n400. While filling up the OCI registration form online for our minor child there is a field that asks for "Relation with the Root Indian" with options as "father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, great grand father, great grand mother, self". For adults we have selected as "self" but for minor we think we should be selecting "self" as well but since we dont have his certificate we got confused. If anyone had filled up OCI for minor with above scenario and can guide us please.
