Question regarding PIO for Washington D.C

We are trying to apply PIO card for my Nephew.

Supporting documents for this are Notarized copies of parents passport copies.

They have tried Banks, Post offices, Courthouses and many other place but could not find a place to notarize those.

Please help us where to get them notarized, other than these docs everything is ready..

I think if they bank with BOA or Wachovia they do carry notarization for their customers, but again it might depending per states.

If not, they can try at UPS they also have the facility for notarizing documents. While locating the nearest UPS location select the "Additional Services" and select "Notary Public Service" Hope this helps.
