Name change on PIO

I got the PIO card for my son on last December, but recently we added his middle name and we got the updated new Birth certificate and US passport.

To get the update PIO card with the new passport number and middle name, Do we need to apply for new PIO card or just PIO endorsement is enough?

I live in FL and not getting any information from Houston Indian Consulate

Please help ASAP.
