Hi,
My 10 year old daughter got naturalized automatically as a US citizen when I and my wife got naturalized. The OCI application I submitted to VFS has been put on hold saying I need to submit her Naturalization certificate. Since she got naturalized through us, she does not hold a Naturalization certificate. For this usecase, VFS document checklist asks us to submit Naturalization certificates for both parents and a notarized affidavit stating why the minor does not have a naturation certiciation. I have submitted all these documents in the package I sent to VFS.
Has anyone experienced this ? Can someone suggest a resolution for this ?
