You didnt mention which consulate you sent in yr oci and renunciation form.

You need to apply for indian entry visa. If it is houston, there is huge backlog of indian entry visa so they are temporarily accepting tourist visa application from indian origin people.

It's very risky doing an OCI and renunciation process together.

I have read in other posts in this forum site that the consulate (Houston CGI) will return the OCI application back to you because they will need the renunciation cert.
