PIO card for OCI dad and indian citizen mom

hi.. my daughter is born in usa... i the mom has indian citizen and her dad has oci because his parents are from india, but he has srilankan passport.. so can i applu pio card for my daughter with my indian passport and his oci card.. because i read the following

"You may be ineligible to apply for a PIO card if you, your spouse, parents, grandparents or great grandparents have ever held citizenship of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, Iran, Nepal, Pakistan or Sri Lanka"

since my husband is srilanka born does this apply or since im india born she can still get PIO

Since you are born in India, on your basis alone OCI can be filed for your daughter.

there is no age limit on application for oci.
