Hello,
I was born in India, and became a US citizen after moving to the US. I then moved to Japan for work and have been working there. I would like to apply for PIO or OCI card.
My problem is that I dont have any of my original documentation like Indian passport, etc.
Can you please advise me if there is any way for me to apply for this, and how I would do it (like to which office, etc)
