Hello Attorney,
I am looking for some info regarding the PIO card & OCI card w.r.t a child born in US to parents who are Indian Citizen's and currently in US on H1-B & H-4 visa respectively.
My questions are below :
1.Will child be eligible for Indian passport if the birth is registered with Indian Consulate in US and will child enjoy all the benefits like a Indian citizen ?
2.Will child be able to get H-4 dependent visa if comes out of US on a Indian passport or will have to apply for a US passport to enter back ?
3.Along with US passport child can have for PIO card for 15 years.Is this the max or it can be reissued further and for how long ?
4.If the child decide to give up the US citizenship when Child is 18 will it be possible and get the Indian citizenship ?
