14 day arrival registration (PIO CARD HOLDER)with FRRO

I just wanted to know if i have do an arrival registration within 14 days of arrival or do i have to do just a 14 days prior to 180 days of contnious stay In India , or both since I am a new PIO card holder, please advise and if so can it be done in airport or i have to report FRRO delhi?

You have to report to FRRO 14 days prior to you 180 day of stay in India. Also it would not hurt if you visited the FRRO and cleared this matter with them and make some friends as well. Also you can inquire about what all documents and photographs you need to be registered. Better to be safe then sorry.
