Change of Name in Passport

Hi,

I have gone through the www.immihelp.com website and selected the Change of Name – Complete. I have entered all the required information online and generated the File No. in pdf format along with the appointment date.

Question: Do I need to produce these documents to the place where the old passport was issued i.e., Hyderabad or I can submit anywhere, I mean in Bangalore (currently residing).

Please let me know how to proceed further.
