OCI Card for Family

Can you please help me to know about the OCI card. Actualy my Family are Chinese Citizens and I am an Indian citizen .My Wife is Chinese and My son and daughter are Chinese passport holders .

As we need to travel India frequently to visit our family and friends , I would like to know if I can apply for OCI card for my family .
