Dear All,
My Mother a British Citizen has recently obtained a PIO.
Our whole family has been living in India all our Life.
My Mother has been staying in India on a residential Visa.
My Father is an Indian Citizen.
She recently obtained PIO on visit to UK meeting
my elder Doctor Brother.
Before leaving to UK my Mother had applied for a residential
Visa in 2010.Now She has acquired PIO Status.
What will happen to the application for residential Visa?
Is it ok if my Mother doesn't register until the next 5 months
as per PIO conditions ?
Kindly provide clarification.
