I have submitted my Passport at Passport office for addition of Spouse name.

1. Please let me know if there`s any way to track the progress on the Passport.

2. Approximate number of days it would take for the delivery

3. Address on my passport and my present address mentioned in the Form-2 application are not the same. Please let me know the address to which the Passport would be delivered. Is it

a. Address on Passport (or)
b. Present address mentioned on the Form-2 (or)
c. Permanent address mentioned on the Form-2
