hi I came in india on vacation and got stuck because of recent H1 issues. I do have have USA passport for my 2 years son and PIOorOCI applicable card but misplaced birth certificate. Can you please guide me birth certificate require to apply for renewal of usa passport from india? what's alternative for not having birth certificate? may i apply for private company like birthcertificateusa.com.

You can request the new birth certificate from department of vital records in the U.S. state he was born. You can ask them to mail to someone in the U.S. and they can mail you.
