Hello Sir/Madam,
My sister is a citizen of Singapore with PIO card. She now wants to come back and work in India with her kids. But recently I read that the Foreigners Regional Registration Office has been sending back expats if they are not earning $25,000 (Rs11 lakhs) per year in India. Is this true and if so will my sister not be able to work in India if she does not get that kind of salary? i request you to kindly reply as this is crucial for me to tell her.
