Registration Status Granted On 08-MAR-2011
Documents Printing Status PRINTED
Documents Printed On 09-MAR-2011
Documents Dispatched to Concerned Mission/Office on 16-MAR-2011
Documents Received at NEW YORK CGI NOT YET

MY Questions:
1). When do I have to send my original US passport to
New York CGI, 3 E 64th St, New York, NY 10065-7002 (is this the right address?)

2). When do I have to send Renunciation form (copy or orignal)?

3) When do I have to send passport cancellation receipt (pink color slip)

Please let me know, what I have to do.
