ECR Question/CD1 Visa

I applied my passport in oct-2007 . That time I submitted only my ration card & I put the signature in telugu in my passport after 2 months i got the pasport. I got ECR stamp in the passport . know i got the job in cruise line as a cook in USA base company. I'm applying for c1d visa(non-imigrant visa)

ECR stamp create any problem in airport & usa emabacy . Please give suggestion for me.
