Indian passport expiring in one month , US Tavel

Hi All,

Indian passport is expiring in may, and have to travel to US in mid april (coming back in april also). Indian passport has 10 year US visa. I am a permanent resident of canada. Will there be any issue travelling to US?
Does the possport need to be valid for 6 months? Any references I could find in forum is more specific to Green Card holders and not landed immigrants. Any help / recent travel exp . will be appreciated
