Back when my parents married they didn't have to fill out a name change form which went from mothers name fathers name last name to mothers name husbands name last name. Is a marriage certificate enough to show proof for the OCI. This is what they are requesting

One of the following documents is required since your name has changed: Marriage Certificate showing the name change if the name was changed at marriage. Official court order for the name change Notarized letter stating that the name was changed during the naturalization process.
The marriage Cert doesn't show that it changed and India didn't require it back then. What should I do
