Need to know about Indian Passport renewal

I want to know about one supporting documents in Indian Passport renewal.

Proof of Residence: Any two required:
I have a valid Driver license.

I DO NOT have landline phone bill, but I DO have my cell phone bill displaying my current (i am the applicant) address. Is that fine?

What should I do?
