Documents needed to accompany OCI

I am of Indian origin and naturalised US citizen and also OCI card holder. My knowledge about travel is very poor and hence this questin. I am planing to go to India for a long stay. Do I need any other papers/documents from Indian consulate other than these two, namely valid US passport and OCI card? Please help.
