Question about OCI Processing Fee

My husband and I are applying for the OCI Card. Regarding the $12 processing fee, do we enclose a separate check payable to Travista Outsourcing or add the Processing Fee to the Application Fee of $275 ($275 + $12)? Please clarify.

Thank you very much for your quick reply to my question. I had one more question that I forgot to mention in my last e-mail. When we send the $20 towards return mail charges, who should the money order be payable to? What do we write on the money order?

Please note the Consular fees has increased by $3, It is $278 for OCI and not $275
