OCI card eligibility question

I was wondering if you could help confirm/clarify OCI card eligibility for my wife. Her parents were both born and raised in India (sometime before 1950), moved to the US in the 1960s. Her father retained his Indian citizenship, while her mother eventually adopted US citizenship. My wife was born in the US. Is she eligible for an OCI card because her parents were both Indian citizens in 1950? Does her mother's changed citizenship (which didn't happen until years later) affect my wife's eligibility at all?

Requirement for OCI is atleast one parent if of Indian origin ( need not be Indian citizen), As both her parents are of Indian origin, your wife is eligible for OCI.
