Hi,

Is it possible the person have OCI Card,can get it back Indian Passport.

Another Question.

I have OCI card and but my Kids till holding Indian passport. Can my kids get school admission normal Quota.

You would have to officially renounce your current citizenship and take Indian citizenship to get an Indian passport. (as far as I know, there are certain residency criteria you have to meet to apply for Indian citizenship).
What is a "normal quota" for school admissions? Are you talking about Indian schools? It would be best to check at teh school you intend enrolling your kids in.
