Indian Passport renewal

Hello

I have to renew my Indian passport. By mistake, I have given Indian address in both "Address on Passport" and "Other Address" columns. What can be done? how can i edit the form or change the address?

As per my knowledge, "Other Address" should have US address, where they will post the new passport.
